Colleen Parker is a listed artist whose works are in many private collections across Australia and overseas. She has exhibited widely and been hung in many prestigious awards. Colleen was accepted as an Exhibiting Member of the Royal Art Society in 1979 and became a Fellow in 1986.
She is well known for her landscapes and grassy foregrounds as well as for her Kakadu National Park subjects and tranquil waterlily scenes. Her trips across Australia have always inspired her with new subjects - the salt pans, spinifex and crows - all part of the Australian landscape. Colleen has been Artist-in-Residence at Ayers Rock Resort in the Central Desert and at Kakadu.
